This month we will be holding our Annual General Meeting, postponed from July. The business of the AGM will be dealt with first and some presentations will be made.
Please note: The meeting starts at 1:00pm, NOT at the usual time of 2:00pm!

If you cannot attend the meeting, please send your apologies to the Chairperson, Jenny Hodgkins, at chair@lichfieldu3a.co.uk If you do send your apologies, it would be helpful if you would appoint the Chairperson as your Proxy for voting, so that we will be quorate. Wording like "I send my apologies for the AGM and appoint the Chairperson as my Proxy" is sufficient.

The voting relates to the approval of the minutes from the 2024/25 AGM, the approval of the accounts for 2025/26, the appointment of Mr Peter Jackson as examiner of the accounts in 2026/27, and the appointment of the Committee and Officers for 2026/27. You will see these items on the Agenda.

If you have not renewed your Membership before 9 September you will not be eligible to vote at the AGM. Please do renew - we would like you to stay.

The meeting will be followed by Roger Browne's enlightening talk about "The Golden Age of Radio".

Roger's talk will be followed by entertainment from Guitar Group 1 (Don't Fret).
